Nomen Nigma's Last Will and Testament
A few days before Easter a young widow knocks the door of your office. She has a problem. Her late husband, the eccentric billionaire Theodore Cranklefnoss, is dead, and his entire fortune is missing. According to his last will and testament, he has hidden everything he owns in a secret location, and created a breadcrumb path of clues to lead you there. But the road to paradise is paved with riddles, puzzles, traps and challenges, and the family needs the help of a skillful code cracker to find it. Do you accept the challenge?
The puzzles
Nomen Nigma's Last Will and Testament contains eight puzzles you need to solve to progress the story. For most of these, this includes figuring out exactly what you need to do to solve them. Solving each puzzle will give you a word or phrase. Click the "Check answer" button to enter your answer.
You are not intended to solve these puzzles using only in-game information. All aids are allowed, and most likely necessary. So looking up stuff on Google or Wikipedia while playing is not cheating, but the intended way of gameplay.
Click "View hint" to get a hint on how to solve a puzzle.
Click "Download PDF" to open a printer-friendly PDF version of the puzzle.

Changes from the Norwegian version
This game was originally uploaded to itch.io in Norwegian in April 2022. The story of the game is identical with the Norwegian version. A majority of the puzzles are also recycled, but as not all of the puzzles in the original was easily translated into English, puzzle #2, #4 and #7 are brand new in this version. Also, puzzle #5 has been modified with more information to reduce it's difficulty level (which was a bit too high in the original).
